My wife Susan and I started our trip to Bluffton, SC by trying to locate an AirBnB. We contacted a number of people, but it was David Cross who helped us find the perfect rental.
Then came the task of trying to find a home for us to purchase, and we figured David would be the perfect choice. We were not wrong. Before he ever started to show us homes, he wanted to know more about us and what was important to us. And after every home he showed us, he wanted feedback....what we liked, and disliked, right down to the smallest detail.
In our month long stay, there were not a lot of homes on the market that fitted our needs, and none that checked all the boxes, but we left for PA with a positive feeling, for we were absolutely sure that David knew exactly what we were looking for. He continues to provide updates on homes on the market by phone, text and email.We are positive we will find our forever home in Bluffton, in large part because we know David will not stop working on our behalf.

I moved to the LowCountry roughly eighteen months ago. The David Dale Team was fantastic to work with. I had never stepped foot in South Carolina and actually was looking at other locations in the Southeast. David asked pertanet questions during our initial conversations to determine what I was searching for. He used that information to identify houses that fit my criteria and had multiple appointments to set up for me to view properties prior to my arrival. David and Dale not only know the real estate market here they also know the area and do a great job of introducing you to the LowCountry and all it has to offer. I did not purchase a house on my first visit...as the time came for me to head back north David asked me what I wanted to do going forward as he knew I was also looking at other possibilities in the Southeast. I asked him to keep looking as he really understood what I was looking for and to let me know if he found something I would like. Well five days later my phone rang and David informed me that he found a house that was me...he wasn't liying, I now live in that house. David and Dale do not put any pressure on you nor do they show you homes that are more than you are looking for... I really enjoyed working with them and can honestly say that I would not own my little slice of Heaven without their guidance and input. To sum up my review of the David Dale Team, I am currently working with them to find my ideal home and location...need I say more?

Linda & I flew on Saturday, November 4, 2023 from Minneapolis to Hilton Head Island for a vacation and a tour of Sun City Hilton Head. We heard many positive things about Sun City Hilton Head and we were excited to do a tour of the retirement community. The weather was wonderful and we enjoyed our week in South Carolina. David and his team reached out to us before our visit to answer questions and schedule a time that worked best based on our schedule. We meet with David on Sunday, November 5th to tour Sun City Hilton Head & he did a wonderful job of hosting our tour. David spent 2 1/2 hours giving us a tour which included a drive around Sun City neighborhoods, visiting a few model homes and walking through a few of the amenities that Sun City has to offer. David did a great job of answering all of our questions and educating us on the town of Bluffton and surrounding Hilton Head areas. David was a gracious host and we recommend reaching out to David if you have an interest in living in Sun City Hilton Head or the Hilton Head Island area. Thanks David for your time and enthusiasm.
